My Story

Elena's path into personal training was driven by a belief that most women are underserved by the fitness industry — given cardio-heavy, low-weight programs when what they actually need is progressive strength training. After years in law, Elena brought her analytical mindset and discipline into fitness, building a practice rooted in evidence rather than trends.

The in-building model exists for one reason: consistency. When training happens steps from your front door, the biggest barrier to showing up disappears. Elena currently serves clients in Astoria, Long Island City, and across Manhattan. No commute, no crowded gym, no wasted time — just focused, productive sessions in a space you're already comfortable in.

Elena is also an active HYROX competitor, racing in New York to raise funds for mental health awareness. For her, fitness is about more than strength — it's about purpose, community, and making a difference.
