Elena Lymperi Fitness operates elenalymperifitness.com, a personal training business based in New York City. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you submit the consultation form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the training goals and details you describe, and optionally your city or neighbourhood if you choose to share it. This is the only personal information we collect directly from you.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide only to respond to your inquiry, arrange a consultation, and deliver personal training services. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to mailing lists without your permission.
Analytics and advertising cookies
This site uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics and Google Ads. Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data such as pages visited and time on site, while Google Ads cookies help measure the effectiveness of our advertising. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, manage ad personalization in your Google Ads Settings, or disable cookies entirely in your browser settings.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Your information is shared only with the service providers needed to operate this website (such as Google, as described above) and is never disclosed to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep your data
Consultation inquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship. Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. To make a request, simply contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly.
